What is the difference between Nixie tubes?
First of all - is the font size. Depending on size the price of tubes is formed. The most common Nixie tube IN-14 has a middle size and thus is the most affordable and popular. The second criteria, which is also considered is a shape of the digit "5". The most available and common Nixie tube IN-14 has a upside-down "2". Due to some reasons (probably trying to save on production processes) soviet engineers decided to reuse some tools. For visual comparison see the image below.
What is the untrimmed version of the Nixie tubes?
The untrimmed version comes with factory made long wires and is good for side projects. The trimmed version is suitable for the NixieShop clocks that we make. If you need a replacement tube - this is the correct option.
Warranty
All the tubes we sell are from old stock and were manufactured over 40 years ago - we can't offer long-term warranty. We cover only damaged in shipping items plus one week after arrival of the product. Due to fragile nature of the vacuum tubes the warranty voids after their installation.

Shipping is $10 for any number of tubes. Shipped via International Air mail with tracking number.
